LaDonna Reed of Ponca City, Oklahoma shares her buttery-tasting fish bites, which don't taste light at all. She writes, “My husband and I love fresh, fried fish, but we're both trying to cut back on fats. I made up this recipe and it was a huge hit. He tells me that he likes it as much as deep-fried fish, and that's saying a lot!”

I don't usually like breaded fish but this was good. My husband really likes the recipe so I make it often.

I used tilapia instead of cod. I found it tasty but it did not win over my kids, so it may not make another appearance at my table. I did like it though...

My skills with cooking fish are limited; however, this recipe was easy and very tasty. My husband is fairly picky with fish, and his response was "we can have this again..and again...and again." This is definitely a keeper recipe.

My husband and I love this recipe with some modifications. I don't use the cornflakes or the butter-flavored cooking spray. I use garlic and herb flavored bread crumbs with the salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. This has become something I cook at least twice a month.

This recipe had great texture... might try with seasoned bread crumbs next time... or perhaps another spice combination - but the plain bread crumbs + corn flakes + cheese just didnt have enough flavor for me.
