A friend made this moist chicken for us when we had our first child. I pared down the recipe to make it lower in fat and calories. It is now a family favorite, and even the kids ask for it. Marge Wagner of Roselle, Illinois

This is really delicious, especially with a side of cheesy potatoes.

We loved it. My mom makes a similar one and I really liked how the cooked onions tasted in it. I may try to cover the chicken in the oven, at least for part of the time, as it got rather dried out, though! But we all liked it!

This is absolutely divine! Great flavor. Beats store bought bbq sauce, hands down. Super easy to make and would be great for a summer dinner party with friends. Will definitely make this again and again!
