Fresh, fruity flavor makes this pretty salad popular with all ages. Our whole family really digs into its fluffy goodness. I can put it together in the morning or even the night before and pop it in the fridge until suppertime. —Denise Nebel, Wayland, Iowa

I made the recipe with 2 cups water and the jello and vanilla pudding. i used a can of already prepared tapioca pudding and added with the whipped topping. It turned out fine.

Linda, I too cannot find instant tapioca any more. I have made this with the cook and serve and it just does'nt have the lightness that it use too. Still love the salad tho.

Can't find tapioca pudding mix. Just the cook and serve version. Whatever happened to the instant tapioca pudding mix?

Thanks.
