The cornstarch makes these cookies crisp like vanilla wafers, then there is the tangy orange...fantastic. A perfect cookie.

Have made this several times, the very best. Have also added some dried cranberries, came out very good. Big brother, who is not much of a cookie person, really liked them. A keeper
