The first time I made this, it became my husband's favorite meal. That's really saying something because normally his favorite meals involve having most of a cow on his plate! —Tammy Hayden, Quincy, Michigan

This recipe is exquisite...enjoyed it with a glass of chardonnay...perfect match. As good as any at a fine restaurant.

We always grill salmon, but I love the idea of this marinade. Question for those who grilled the salmon ... when do you add the marmalade and lime juice? Brush it on top when the salmon is almost ready?

This is wonderful when prepared on the outside BBQ grill. The MOST IMPORTANT part of the recipe is PLEASE USE "ALASKAN WILD SALMON". It's best for your health!!

Wonderful! Spicy and sweet flavors are delicious. Very easy and had everything on hand except the marmalade. Added cayenne for extra heat!

We did this on the grill. It was excellent! Loved it. Too spicy for my daughter, but my husband and I thought it was bursting with great flavor -- and it was so easy!
