Orange Fluff Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
  • 1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
  • 2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can (21 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • Pastel miniature marshmallows, optional

Directions

  • Place sour cream in a large bowl. Sprinkle with gelatin and stir until blended. Fold in the oranges, pineapple and whipped topping. Sprinkle with marshmallows if desired. Yield: 8 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 cup (calculated without marshmallows) equals 225 calories, 9 g fat (8 g saturated fat), 19 mg cholesterol, 44 mg sodium, 30 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein.
