Wonder if you couldn't do this with lemons, only reduce the amount of pulp/flesh used and maybe add ultra low fat cool whip once the filling has thickened some. Just a thought
I would imagine that you would use 1/2 the gelatin and take the other half and continue to make the gelatin as jello. Reducing the rest of the ingredients would not be hard.
