I found this recipe several years ago while looking for a new way to prepare chicken. My husband, daughter and I live on a small farm in the mountains of north Georgia. This has become our favorite evening meal dish.

  • 1/3 cup orange juice

I made this for my fiance on Valentine's Day, and it turned out great! It's quick, easy, and tastes great with creamy mashed potatoes.

I used bread crumbs instead of the dressing and it was great. Just a hint of orange flavor. Will definitely make it again.
