This pretty cake comes together quickly with a boxed mix. Fat-free mayonnaise replaces the heavy oils, and the citrus glaze is always a hit. —Deborah Williams of Peoria, Arizona

Made for my card club. Everyone loved it. Added more orange zest to cake and glaze.

I MADE THIS WHEN I HAD A LIA SOPHIA PARTY ON SAT, AND EVERYONE LOVED IT. I COULD NOT FIND FAT FREE MAYO, ONLY LOW FAT. I USED CONCENTRATED OJ IN THE CAKE AND SQUEEZED FRESH FOR THE GLAZE ALSO ADDING THE PULP THAT WAS IN THE JUICER. I DID NEED EXTRA LIQUID TO MAKE IT RUNNY ENOUGH FOR GLAZE.

Used light mayo, extra grated orange peel & guests loved it. A keeper.

Very light in flavor. The orange is not overpowering. Making it a second time to take to work.

Everyone who had a piece of this cake thought it was wonderful. So light but still moist. It was very refreshing. I will make it again and again.
