Orange Bundt Cake Recipe

This pretty cake comes together quickly with a boxed mix. Fat-free mayonnaise replaces the heavy oils, and the citrus glaze is always a hit. —Deborah Williams of Peoria, Arizona

EXCELLENT RECIPE!!! VERY TASTY.... MY CHANGES WERE TO USE "PILLSBURY REDUCED SUGAR CAKE MIX". AND ADDED EXTRA ORANGE ZEST THAN CALLED FOR.... DID NOT DRIZZLE THE FULL AMOUNT OF ICING OVER CAKE AND WAS JUST FINE....... DEFINITELY A KEEPER !!!!

I made this last week and we loved it! I used an orange flavored cake mix and Eggbeaters and skipped the orange peel since I didn't have any. It tastes great without the glaze. We did have some vanilla ice cream with the cake though! This is a keeper!!

I made this the other day and would definitely make it again. I used a low sugar yellow cake mix, Egg Beaters instead of real eggs, and fresh squeezed orange juice with the pulp. Everyone at dinner wanted the recipe.

I made this for my Wednesday night Bible study group, and every body who ate it said that it was really good. I used a reduced-sugar cake mix, light mayo, and baked it in a 9x13 pan. I used an orange cream cheese frosting. Someone commented that the frosting tasted like a creamsickle.

The cake just tastes like regular yellow cake (no orange flavor), and the glaze is too sweet. It had great texture, so I could play around with it to make it taste "right", but I'd rather just make the Pineapple Orange Cake instead.

Made this cake this weekend for a family gathering. Everyone loved it. Added more orange zest to the glazed and to the cake. Also used regular mayonnaise because that is all I had. Came out great. Will make again and it's a keeper.

I MADE THIS WHEN I HAD A LIA SOPHIA PARTY ON SAT, AND EVERYONE LOVED IT. I COULD NOT FIND FAT FREE MAYO, ONLY LOW FAT. I USED CONCENTRATED OJ IN THE CAKE AND SQUEEZED FRESH FOR THE GLAZE ALSO ADDING THE PULP THAT WAS IN THE JUICER. I DID NEED EXTRA LIQUID TO MAKE IT RUNNY ENOUGH FOR GLAZE.

This was delicious...in an effort to make it even slightly healthier, I modified it by substituting unsweetened applesauce for the mayonaisse and white cake for the yellow. My store was out of Dream Whip, so I didn't have that to put in, but it was delicious! Next time, I'm going to make the recipe as is to note any differences.

I turned this delicious cake upside down and put banana icing on it. I put small colored marshmallows around the top edge. I put 8 creme filled roulee rolled wafers around the top(spaced) and 8 animal crackers at the base of the wafers. I topped the wafers with and 8 inch paper doily cut and taped to fit over the wafers for a roof of the merry-go-round. EVeryone at my granddaughters birthday party raved over the taste of the orange in the cake and the taste of banana in the icing (made with banana dry pudding mix, powdered sugar, and milk and cool whip.)

Mmmm, so good.

This wasn't meant to be printed for a "diet fat free cake". Those are fine if that's what you want, but every now and then I want a good, easy cake that tastes good! I made it for our group of friends and it went over great! I'll definitely make this again and again! Alice

I made this cake to take to Sunday supper at my Mom and Dads, everyone loved it. I had some oranges left over from the holidays so I squeezed my own juice. Very good cake, it is a keeper.

This was easy to prepare. The cake is very moist and just enough hint of orange flavor. It is delicious!

This was so good. Made if for my Moms birthday. Did make changes though. I would have liked it to rise more. Used regular mayonaise instead of fat free. With the glaze I also put a tsp or so of orange extract. I also decorated it with candied orange peels I made myself. NExt time I might try a white cake so the orange zest will be seen and try using regular coolwhip for an even light batter. Anyway I give it lots of thumbs up. It was great!!

I could NEVER make a cake when the only "healthy" ingredients are oranges and eggs. The rest are unpronouncible chemicals.
