This pretty cake comes together quickly with a boxed mix. Fat-free mayonnaise replaces the heavy oils, and the citrus glaze is always a hit. —Deborah Williams of Peoria, Arizona

EXCELLENT RECIPE!!! VERY TASTY.... MY CHANGES WERE TO USE "PILLSBURY REDUCED SUGAR CAKE MIX". AND ADDED EXTRA ORANGE ZEST THAN CALLED FOR.... DID NOT DRIZZLE THE FULL AMOUNT OF ICING OVER CAKE AND WAS JUST FINE....... DEFINITELY A KEEPER !!!!

This is a very moist and tasty cake. Also very fast and easy to make. What more could one ask for?

I made this last week and we loved it! I used an orange flavored cake mix and Eggbeaters and skipped the orange peel since I didn't have any. It tastes great without the glaze. We did have some vanilla ice cream with the cake though! This is a keeper!!

I made this the other day and would definitely make it again. I used a low sugar yellow cake mix, Egg Beaters instead of real eggs, and fresh squeezed orange juice with the pulp. Everyone at dinner wanted the recipe.

I made this for my Wednesday night Bible study group, and every body who ate it said that it was really good. I used a reduced-sugar cake mix, light mayo, and baked it in a 9x13 pan. I used an orange cream cheese frosting. Someone commented that the frosting tasted like a creamsickle.

The cake just tastes like regular yellow cake (no orange flavor), and the glaze is too sweet. It had great texture, so I could play around with it to make it taste "right", but I'd rather just make the Pineapple Orange Cake instead.

Made this cake this weekend for a family gathering. Everyone loved it. Added more orange zest to the glazed and to the cake. Also used regular mayonnaise because that is all I had. Came out great. Will make again and it's a keeper.
