I leave out the hot sauce and sometimes substitute swiss slices in place of the pepper jack. I don't always use the green peppers either. Sub red sweet peppers and that's just as good. Either way this is yummy!

I love this, i used ciabatta bread, and i put garlic butter and grilled it till toasty then put the beef on....its a hit ty

Quick, easy and thoroughly enjoyed by the entire family! I left out the hot sauce since I thought the pepper Jack cheese offered enough heat. Also, my 4 year old doesn't enjoy spice so I did plain old white american cheese (which tasted just as good!).
