Olive Cheese Ball Recipe

Olive Cheese Ball Recipe Rating 4

If you like olives, you’ll love this special cheese ball from LaVerne Vinzant of Catawba, Wisconsin. “I received the recipe from a friend many years ago and am always asked to make it,” she writes. TIP: “I like to prepare this ahead of time and chill it for at least 3 hours. You can serve it with any snack cracker.”

This was OK but not great. I think it would be much better with some grated cheddar or parmesan for more flavor.

If you are a black olive fan you will love this! Easy to make. After I added the olives and onions and blended everything, I put it in the refrigerator much easier to roll when cold.
