Great flavor! I split the peppers between green & red. I will use a little more flour next time to thicken sauce. Served over whole wheat egg noodles.

This recipe is excellent! It takes a little while to prep , but it's well worth it! I have added this to my list of favorites. Great to make when it's cold out, it warms up the house and smells wonderful. I like this with mashed potatoes and a veggie.
