To feed 703 gal cubed potatoes3 doz hard cooked, chopped eggs1 bunch celery thinly sliced3 cups chopped green onions6 cups sour cream6 cups mayo1 1/2 cups vinegar1 1/2 cups sugar4 tbsp prepared mustard2 tbsp salt1 tbsp peppermix as abovecheers! from a retired chef
To feed 70
3 gal cubed potatoes
3 doz hard cooked, chopped eggs
1 bunch celery thinly sliced
3 cups chopped green onions
6 cups sour cream
6 cups mayo
1 1/2 cups vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tbsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
mix as above

Hey Ya'll, this recipe is outstanding!!! Does anyone know how to adjust the ingredients to feed 70 people??? HELP!!
