I love this recipe!! It's great for get-togethers! The hot sauce truly makes a difference! Just cut in half to feed 4-5 people its easy!!!

This is a very tasty recipe. I did brown some loose sausage beforehand and added with the macaroni and cheese sauce. It added great flavor. My husband loves sausage so I tried it and it did not last in our house!
