These healthful, good-tasting waffles are a tried-and-true family favorite—even with our two children. My husband and I have a small herd of beef cattle and some pigs. A hearty breakfast really gets us going!

Tasty and filling! :) I veganized the recipe, using soymilk, Earth Balance margarine, and mashed banana instead of egg. We used 1/3 whole wheat flou and, 2/3 all-purpose flour, and served the waffles with maple syrup, blackberries, and blueberries.

These were very good. I used Baked Apple Oatmeal packets instead of plain oatmeal, which gave them a little bit of apple cinnamon flavor.

I made these a couple of weeks ago and they made a really nice change from ordinary waffles and pancakes. Both my daughters asked for these again.

These are delicious! We double the recipe and freeze the leftovers for a quick breakfast. Everyone in my family loves them.

I am always looking for a good waffle recipe. Unfortunately, for my family, this wasn't it.

My kids and I loved these. Will be making them again often. I did do half wheat flour and half white.

These were great. Simple, filling, but not too heavy. Topped them with the Maple Apple Topping Recipe. Yum!
