- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually
- add the flour, oats and salt. Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in.
