Oatmeal Bread

1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
1 cup quick-cooking oats
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup molasses
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup warm water (70° to 80°)

In bread machine pan, place ingredients in order given. Select "white
bread" setting. Bake according to bread machine directions.

Yield: 1 loaf (2 pounds).
