INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup warm water (70° to 80°)

DIRECTIONS

In bread machine pan, place ingredients in order given. Select "white bread" setting. Bake according to bread machine directions. Yield: 1 loaf (2 pounds).
