Nutty Apple Syrup Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup apple jelly
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 teaspoon maple flavoring

Directions

In a small saucepan, combine sugars and water. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in the jelly, pecans and maple flavoring. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 1-1/4 cups.
