No-Cook Cranberry Relish

1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 medium orange, peeled
1 tablespoon sugar

In a blender or food processor, process all ingredients until coarsely
chopped. Cover and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

Yield: 1 serving.
