New England Blueberry Coffee Cake
The aroma of this cake is heavenly, and the taste is scrumptious! It's wonderful with mid-morning coffee. You can also serve it at brunch, or with ice cream as a dessert. The blueberries help make this a special treat.

Ingredients
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1-1/2 cups fresh
or
frozen blueberries
TOPPING:
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon
and salt. Combine the egg, milk and butter; stir into dry
ingredients just until moistened. Gently fold in blueberries. Spread
into a greased 8-in. square baking pan.
For topping, combine the brown sugar, flour and walnuts in a small
bowl; stir in butter. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 400° for
20-25 minutes or until top is light golden brown. Serve warm or at
