Nat King Cole Slaw

4 cups shredded cabbage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper

In a salad bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, green pepper and pimientos. In a
small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss to
coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Yield: 6-8 servings.
