Napa Cabbage Slaw

Chow mein noodles and snow peas give a pleasant crunch to this colorful and fresh-tasting salad. It's sure to be popular at parties and potlucks.8 ServingsPrep/Total Time: 15 min.
Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped napa or Chinese cabbage
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 cup fresh snow peas, trimmed and cut into thirds
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sesame ginger salad dressing
- 1/2 cup chow mein noodles
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Drizzle with
- dressing and toss to coat. Just before serving, sprinkle with chow
- mein noodles. Yield: 8 servings.
