Better than restaurant cheese sticks. My kids absolutely love them. Even cheddar is good.

I make this terrific and easy appetizer for every holiday. Kids & adults love them. I mince garlic in a press and add a tiny bit (3 grains) to each wrapper-a little goes a long way for flavor. I also add a single piece of pre-sliced pepperoni cut in half. Once they are wrapped, they can be stored in the refrigerator in a ziplock bag until you are ready to fry them. Perfect for hectic parties. They fry up fast..almost as fast as people eat them!! Try any of the cheese sticks, jalapeño works great.

May add a little Italian spice next time but very easy and quick. You gotta love that crunch too!

Super yummy and very easy to make. Anyone who complains about it being not so tasty....ya know mozzarella is very bland cheese. That's why it's dipped in marinara sauce. Totally easy & delicious!

The heat is too high for this, I turned it down to about 300 and also had the cheese at room temp. They turned out great and also used japeno string cheese. So good and easy.

I made these for a birthday party and they were literally gone before I put them on the table. I did make some "healthier" revisions like I cut the cheese in half and used weight watchers part skim cheese sticks. I also used one egg roll wrapper for two rolls! These were amazing tho! I MUST do again!

Sticks Recipe - baked, not fried!

Mozzarella then the directions call for frying!!

These were good, but only after I used other cheeses. I put hot pepper and harvarti in a couple of the egg roll wrappers and rolled it with a mozzarella stick. I sprinkled it with garlic salt and used a sweet and sour dipping sauce instead of marinara. Delicious!!
