Good for a quick weeknight meal. I only used 4 pork chops and it was plenty of meat. Next time, I might replace the hoisin sauce with teriyaki sauce or something. The hoisin sauce I bought had a sort of cinnamon flavor in the background that I wasn't a fan of.
