Would definitely make this recipe again - because I love SWEET - sweet potatoes ! A small scoop of this on your plate is plenty - because of how sweet it is.... still having leftovers today from Easter dinner yesterday !

I made this for Thanksgiving last year. It was a huge hit, and all of my family loved it. Definitely the best sweet potato dish I've ever had.
