This came out perfect and the sauce was great too. I'll surely be adding this to my dinner rotation.

Very tasty. I would add a little dry mustard to the sauce gives it a nice flavor. Yummy to the tummy.

Sorry- I asked my question under the wrong recipe. Where does the high sodium contect come from? The crackers and catsup? This looks like a great recipe even for a dieter except for the high sodium per serving. Any ideas?

Loved it! I doubled the recipe, as I'm not used to following small recipes (even though it's just the 2 of us... we usually have leftovers!) I increased the cooking time slightly, as I had made it into one loave, but it still came out moist and delicious! I think I might cut back on the Worcestershire in the glaze next time, but other than that it was perfect!

I tried this recipe twice as I thought that I must be missing something after the glorious reviews. Still... my family did not care for this. The sauce/glaze was too sweet for our tastes.

This was really, really good, and I'm not really even a meatloaf fan! I think it is the saltines (instead of the typical bread crumbs) that make it so tasty. I like the mini-size, too - much quicker to cook. I doubled the recipe as I had 1 lb of ground beef. Yum!
