METHOD: Grill (gas or charcoal)
TIME: Prep: 10 min. + marinating Grill: 50 min.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dill seed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 3-1/2 pounds), cut up
Directions:
In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass dish, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Drain, discarding marinade.
Grill chicken, covered, over low heat for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear, turning several times. Yield: 4 servings.
