I found a pork recipe in a newspaper many years ago, but I lightened it up quite a bit. This version is so tasty that I use it for weekend company as well as weeknight dinners. -Linda Austin of Fayetteville, Arkansas

Can you do these in a slow cooker?

To bake pork chops, Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 10 inch skillet, brown pork chops over medium heat. Arrange the pork chops in a baking dish with a little of the marinade. Cover with aluminum foil and back for 60-70 minutes or until thermometer reads 160°, basting frequently. Enjoy!KT

YOU SAY "IF GRILLING" WHAT ABOUT BAKING IF YOU LIVE IN THE NORTH IT IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE TO GRILL AND I JUST WONDERED SINCE YOU SAID "IF GRILLING" THANKS THIS SOUNDS GREAT I'LL TRY IT SOON
