BAKED IN A BUNDT PAN AND TOOK 1 1/2 HOURS. SUBSTITUTED DATES AND PRUNES FOR APRICOTS AND RAISONS. WILL BE SOAKING IN WINE FOR XMAS. SO FAR SEEMS DELICIOUS.
