“This is a family favorite. I'm not a huge steak eater, but loved the flavor of stroganoff. Using hamburger made it more palatable for me and it was an easy dish for our children to eat as toddlers.” Terri Wetzel - Roseburg, Oregon

Looks tasty BUT please LOOK at the nutrition counts here ... this is VERY HIGH in sat fat, sodium AND calories ! NOT a healthy meal for anyone & esp kids !

I found this extremly easy to make. Next time will add a little beef boullion for extra beef flavor. Served with some steamed broccoli and fresh bread & butter.

My husband loves stroganoff but I don't have time to make it very often. This version was so quick and easy and he thought it was great! I'll definitely be making it again.
