I've made these every Christmas since the recipe came out in TOH. They are a 'must-have' for my family

This is the recipe I used when my granddaughter said "Grandma, do you have any truffle recipes" and I ended up making 400 for her wedding. They are a wonderful treat and now everyone wants the recipe. The white chocolate on the top makes them look professional.
