Being a West Virginian, a coffee drinker & a Weight Watcher, I was anxious to try this recipe & cut the PP values. It is very easy, tasty & I trimmed the points from 6 to 4. The only thing the coffee does is to intensify the chocolate flavor. I would not have known it contained coffee by taste.

Small dab of cherry ice cream and it is wonderful. Good enough for a company dinner party ... In bigger batches, of course.

I don't like anything coffee flavored but other than that the recipe looks good. How strong is the coffee flavor? Can you just use the water instead of adding coffee?
