Yum! I take a shortcut with this recipe by using a 13 x 9 brownie mix. I also add an extra tablespoon of milk to the frosting. The frosting is so good, I double it so I can put on a little extra.

I've made these brownies twice now (they are great for a St. Patty's Day treat) and everyone LOVES them. I like that they're super easy and I keep almost all of these ingredients on hand.
