Mini Sour Cream Biscuits Recipe
  • Prep/Total Time: 25 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup biscuit/baking mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients just until combined. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls into greased miniature muffin pans.
  • Bake at 425° for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 1 dozen.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (1 each) equals 94 calories, 7 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 17 mg cholesterol, 170 mg sodium, 6 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 1 g protein.

This is the first recipe I am putting in my granddaughter's cookbook. We have agreed only what she makes goes into her folder. We had fun making these & they turned out well, making her want to bake more. Thanks very much
