  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch strips

Trying to eat healthier without losing flavor and this was the perfect recipe. My husband and I loved it. We used whole grain tortillas and the flavor of the meat and veggies were so good we didnt even miss our regular flour/fat tortillas.
