4 fat-free tortillas (12 inches) 1 can (16 ounces) fat-free refried beans 1 cup salsa 2 medium plum tomatoes, diced 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
