“We love burgers on the grill, but turkey burgers can be bland and beef burgers can be fatty. To create these burgers, I used a spice combination from a taco recipe and then tinkered with cheeses and different toppings,” says Heather Byers, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

So many spices and so little flavor. I broiled the burgers 2 minutes/side and they were dry and just not very good!

These are very good! I skipped the endive and instead made guacamole with cilantro and put that on one side of the burger with the sour cream salsa on the other. Toasted the bun too. Delicious!

These sound wonderful and I want to try soon. Another way to perk up turkey burgers is to use jalapeno jelly on the buns. Yum! You get a little sweetness and a little kick.
