Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cantaloupe, cut into 4 wedges
  • 1 pint fat-free sugar-free vanilla ice cream
  • 4 tablespoons reduced-fat granola cereal without raisins

Directions:

Place cantaloupe wedges in individual bowls. Top each with a scoop of ice cream and 1 tablespoon granola. Serve immediately.
