One serving (1-1/2 cups beef mixture, calculated without spaghetti) equals 204 calories, 9 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 21 mg cholesterol, 739 mg sodium, 18 g carbohydrate, 5 g fiber, 15 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 2 lean meat, 1 starch, 1/2 fat.
