I agree that it is confusing to figure out which master cookie mix goes with the recipe I'm looking at. The Master mix recipe with eggs in it is the correct one to use for peppermint twists. Maybe the mixes should be referred to by number 1 or 2 when they are mentioned in the recipe for a cookie.

I have used this mix to make 2 batches of Banana cookies for my student staff (college aged kids) and they inhaled them.
