With peanut butter, chocolate and marshmallows, these treats were very popular with our three children as they were growing up. Now I make them for our two grandchildren. Because they're perfect for the holidays when time is so precious. -Dody Cagenello, Simsbury, Connecticut

I make this recipe every year for Christmas. My Grandkids ask for it every year. So easy & delicious.

Whenever I'm running out of time with Christmas baking, these are my go to (I usually bake over 100 dozen cookies for employees, family and friends). I can whip up a couple batches in just minutes to help round out my cookie boxes. Tasty and quaint looking.

I agree with the previous post... Dipping them in the chocolate and peanut butter gives it better coverage and all around great taste!

Another way to dip the marshmallows is to freeze them first with a long tooth pick stuck in them for dipping - then dip them in the melted chips & peanut butter.
