Marshmallow Peanut Butter Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
  • 1/4 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsps. water
  • Fresh fruit or graham cracker sticks

Directions

  • Combine first four ingredients in small bowl. Whisk until blended. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with dippers such as fresh fruit, graham cracker sticks and pretzels. Yield: 6 servings.

This was very good and quick. We couldn't wait the 30 minutes for it to get cold so we ate it right away. Also we didn't add the lemon juice and kept the water the same. We were licking the bowl when we ran out of the apple we cut up.

This dip was very good. Next time I make it I plan to decrease the sugar by about 1/2 cup and fold in a jar of marshmallow creme to the recipe ingredients. It should be very fluffy and lighter that way...not necessarily less calories and fat, just lighter.

Marshmallows and peanut butter blend beautifully and make this an awesome dip. It's delicious and incredibly easy to make.
