Marinated Asparagus Salad

2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed 3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon dried basil 2 teaspoons dried oregano 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 garlic cloves, minced 4 green onions, chopped
Place asparagus in a large skillet; add 12-in. of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Rinse in cold water; drain. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
