My family loves this recipe, including 2 small children. We double the sauce so we an serve it with mashed potatoes.

I adapted the recipe for the slow cooker even though someone else said it didn't work. I thickened the sauce with a little flour mixed in cold water and slowly mixed it into the sauce till thick. Pour over pork in slow cooker. Unfortunately, I can't remember exactly how long I cooked it. Pretty sure I cooked it on low for about three hours. It was fork tender and delicious! My husband loved it too!

This recipe was fast and easy. I followed the recipe exactly and it was so savory and delicious. The chops were tender and the combination of flavors was superb. Definitley a keeper!

I made the recipe as it was written. It needs absolutely NO changes, as it's perfect. Even my picky 2 and 3 year olds ate them, and they hate meat! It will definitely be on my menu regularly.

I added the pork chops back to the liquid before it was reduced and turned up the heat. Excellent!

Very tender pork chops. I would have liked more sauce to serve over my rice but otherwise good. Hubby thought it could have used more maple and a little less coffee.

This recipe is really easy to make and tastes great. My husband doesn't like coffee, but he asked me to make it again. Even my kids ate it!

I gave it four stars, but my husband would have given it five. It was just a bit dry for me. But the glaze was excellent! Will definitely make it again for my pork chop loving husband. joliene, I don't think it would transfer to a crock pot well because glaze doesn't work so well in a crock pot. But the meal took me less than a half hour to make. So that part was good.

Very tasty..after returning the chops to the sauce I cooked for the appropriate time, but then removed the chops allowing the sauce to reduce again

I didnt have thyme so I used Italian mix and it came out great - my whole family LOVED it - will make again and again for sue!!

I made this recipe in a hurry so it wasn't as tender as i hoped. However, it was still really delicious! I made some changes though, maple syrup was way too expensive for just one use, i used molasses instead (which was half the price) with some brown sugar. Also, i excluded the brewed coffee, i didn't feel like brewing coffee.Next time i will make enough sauce to pour over it once it's all done! the sauce was absolutely delicious!!

The sauce was wonderful and the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. I wanted to make sure the chops were tender so after following the recipe I put the in a pan with the sauce along with some carrots and diced onion with foil covering and let them hang out at 350 for a couple hours. So tasty!
