3 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces 1 cup maple syrup 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate 3 tablespoons ketchup 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 garlic clove, minced 2 green onions, minced 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Place ribs, meaty side up, on a rack in a greased 13-in. x 9-in.
