Tip

Variety of Breads Flavor French Toast

A great way to add a new face to French toast is to use different breads. Try banana, apple or zucchini bread. —Deana Waters, North Pole, Alaska

My family loves this and whenever I have overnight guests I make it and they love it too! I always use cinnamon bread.

I use cinnamon swirl bread and my family loves it. Whenever I serve it, people ask for the recipe. Definitely a hit with us!

This recipe was ok when I made it according to the directions, but excellent when I beat the cream cheese and added sugar to it. I just dropped spoonfulls of the sweetened cream cheese and it made a huge difference. I also added some cinnamon to the egg mixture. The family loves it!

Not a hit in our house.

I make two of these every year for our mothers day brunch. I think this year I will try the other members suggestions and add blueberries to one of them.

This was wonderful. I made 2. One just as recipe says, and adding blueberries. The other one I used fat free cream cheese, egg substitute, and sugar free syrup, and of course 1 cup blueberries. This one was equally as good.

It was great, I did spruce it up a bit by using cinnamon swirl brread from Great Harvest Bread Company and added some honey toasted pecans

I love this recipe, but prefer it baked 45 minutes. Seemed a little runny at 30 min. It is a hit at our men's bible study breakfast.
