Maple-Dijon Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Store in the refrigerator. Shake before serving. Yield: 1-2/3 cup.
